Business Administration & Accounting Degree

What does a Business Administrator do?

A business administrator looks after the general day to day running of a business. They can be regarded as a general manager and will often work alongside other departments including human resources, legal, finance and marketing. They also ensure the business adheres to any necessary industry rules and regulations.

As technology continues to change the modern workplace, the role of today's office professional, whether that be in Business Administration or Accounting, continues to evolve. As an office professional, you'll need to excel in written and oral communication, interpersonal proficiency, organizational and management ability, accounting and computer knowledge, and general business administration fundamentals. You'll be the employee that an office of today needs: adaptable, versatile, and ready to take on the challenges of new and ever-changing technologies.
