IBMC Serves Veterans and Offers Scholarships to Military Personnel and Spouses

Veterans Scholarships, Waived Tuition, Benefits for Military Spouses and Financial Aid (for those who qualify) are just some of the waysIBMC’s team will assist Veterans and their familes at our Colorado and Southern Wyoming campuses.

America’s brave men and women  receive personalized instruction and assistance from IBMC’s caring staff.

Whether currently serving in the military, honorably discharged or the spouse of a veteran, prospective students are provided support and hands-on training from this accredited institution, conveniently located in Cheyenne, WY; Fort Collins, CO; Greeley, CO and Longmont, CO.

Helping lead thousands of students to a better life through life-changing career opportunities since 1991, IBMC is a VA Benefits approved training institution, retains a “Military Friendly School” status by G.I. Jobs, participates in the Yellow Ribbon Program, assists military and civilian students with applying for financial aid and offers the following opportunities:

 

IBMC VETERANS SCHOLARSHIPS
$1,500 scholarship to any honorably discharged veteran

IBMC ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY SCHOLARSHIPS
$1,000 scholarship for all active duty military personnel of all branches and active reserves

IBMC ACTIVE DUTY SPOUSE SCHOLARSHIPS
$1,000 scholarship for spouses of active duty military personnel of all branches of the military and active reserves

YELLOW RIBBON VETERANS AFFAIRS SCHOLARSHIPS
IBMC participates in the Yellow Ribbon Program under Post-9/11 GI Bill® (authorized under Title V of Public Law 110-252).  The $1,500 scholarship is awarded to qualifying veterans.

IBMC REGISTRATION FEE WAIVER
All recipients of the IBMC Veterans Scholarship, IBMC Active Duty Military Scholarship and IBMC Active Duty Spouse Scholarship will have the entire registration fee waived.

Whether returning home or seeking career training for a spouse, IBMC offers scholarships and hands-on, accelerated career training. Our supportive staff is by your side every step of the way…from the time you set your appointment to post graduation, we will continue to serve you.

Scholarships are just the beginning. IBMC’s Career Services Department assists military families every step of the way.

Their goal is to train veteran students and their spouses in preparation for today’s employers – whether enrolled in the School of Business, School of Allied Health Careers, School of Paralegal Studies or School of Massage & Healing Arts, the Career Services Department is available to partner with students, alumni and employers in all aspects of the job search process.

Careers Services networks with businesses in southern Wyoming and Northern – fostering relationships for students. This department keeps an on-going posting of current jobs, aggressively assists students in the job search in teaches resume building and provide interview coaching. To help students transition from program to profession, IBMC helps to provide externships that often turn into job offers and give that lifetime support through ongoing career placement assistance.
