IBMC Offers VA Benefits and is a Proud Yellow Ribbon Participant

The Institute of Business & Medical Careers’ Veterans Services Department Provides Educational Support and Assistance to Military Families

You’ve shown your commitment, now let IBMC show you ours. We look forward to serving military students and their families through a wide-variety of VA benefits.

Whether your education goals include obtaining a business profession, medical careers, massage therapy position or working as a paralegal, IBMC will help you get there.

Most recently, IBMC was approved to participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program for 2012-2013. The Yellow Ribbon Program makes additional funds available to qualifying students if they exceed their annual tuition benefits ($17,500).

To qualify for Yellow Ribbon, the student must be entitled to the 100% Post 9-11 benefit rate based on service requirements or dependents eligible for Transfer of Entitlement based on a Veteran’s service.

However, the program is not available to active duty service members or spouses of active duty members eligible for Transfer of Entitlement.

For 2012-2013 the Yellow Ribbon scholarship is up to $1,500.

We also offer VA scholarships and waived VA registration fees.

Contact the Veteran Services department for further information about the Yellow Ribbon Program, the scholarships for military families and VA resources available at IBMC campues in Greeley, CO; Fort Collins, CO; Longmont, CO and Cheyenne, WY.
