The Institute of Business and Medical Careers would like to cordially invite all staff, faculty, and employees to the annual All-Employee Meeting.
This year, the event will take place on Friday, August 10, 2012, at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Loveland, CO. Registration begins at 7:30am and breakfast will be served at 8:00am. If you would like to request a vegetarian meal, please do so by emailing Staci Tomaszewski at STomaszewski@ibmc.edu. She will be accepting requests for vegetarian meals until Friday, August 3. The meeting will come to a close by 12:15pm.

Who is Jim Davidson? Jim Davidson is a man that embodies resilience. During a harrowing mountain climbing accident, he faced death, and summoned the physical and psychological resilience to survive.
In his 30 years of adventure, Jim has rescued himself from an 80-foot deep glacial crevasse, climbed high-altitude peaks around the globe, including the world’s sixth highest (26,906 feet), and led expedition teams and remote mountain rescues.
As a motivational keynote speaker, Jim Davidson shares inspirational stories about facing life’s adventures and overcoming adversity. Through his principles of rallying resilience, you learn to harness inner strength and rebound from setbacks. You can take on challenges outside your comfort zone and find the tenacity to prevail.
Jim teaches that resilience is not about avoiding risks or difficulties. It’s about engaging them, and finding a way to succeed. Rallying resilience even lets you to find enjoyment in grappling with hardship, because it makes you stronger and more capable for other challenges and opportunities ahead.
