The “Stars” Shone at IBMC Ft. Collins Business and Medical College’s Student Assembly

The Institute of Business & Medical Careers, Inc., Honored This Session’s Rising Star, Star Student, Student of the Quarter and Faculty of the Quarter

Congratulations to this session’s IBMC College Fort Collins’ Student Assembly award winners.

The Institute of Business & Medical Careers, Inc., brought back the1980’s with a “Totally Tubular” Student Award Assembly, hosted  at the Fort Collins Campus, 3842 South Mason Street on August 30, 2012, complete with treats and prizes for morning, afternoon and evening business, medical, legal and massage students.

Rising Star Award – This award is provided to new students within the first five to ten weeks of his or her program. The student must demonstrate academic excellence, good behavior, perfect attendance and a dedication to their particular area of study. The following students were awarded: Margaret Kelly, Ashley Raymond and Tyler Wilson.

IBMC’s Admissions Representatives, Judy Johnson and Stacy Stolen, are “like the totally awesome”ladies to see if you are seeking a career change or ready to enroll at IBMC in a business, medical, legal or massage field.

Star Student Award – Award recipients are students who have been enrolled at IBMC for longer than 10 weeks. Good grades, ethical behavior and adhering to the attendance policy are requirements to receive this honor. The following were named Star Students this session: Linda Alfieri, Mandy Bingham and Jodi Stewart.

Student of the Quarter – These students maintain high grade point averages, demonstrate professionalism, serve as role models to their peers and regularly attend class with a positive attitude. These students were named Student of the Quarter: Ashley Ganje, Marcie Rollison and Brenda Schee.

Faculty of the Quarter – Tony Gendill accepted this honor. This award is voted on by IBMC students and provided to an instructor that demonstrates a devotion to students and their education. This person provides hands-on training and a mentality of going the that extra mile to benefit students’ in the classroom and upcoming careers.

The Institute of Business and Medical Careers (IBMC) has been providing career training for 25 years.
