How an IBMC Education Became a Family Affair

Over 10 years ago, a woman named Cynthia Scott (now Cynthia Langren) came to IBMC with the hope of pursuing a new career. She was seeking career training that would give her the skills necessary to be successful in the business world. She also wanted a career that not only she, but her family, could be proud of. After graduating from IBMC, Cynthia went on to have a productive and fulfilling career.

Career training at IBMC
As a child, new student Cassandra posed with her mother, an IBMC student at the time, for a program pamphlet.

Fast forward to 2013. This January, IBMC Fort Collins Admissions Manager, Judy Johnson, had the pleasure of meeting another woman of the Scott family, Cassandra Scott. Cassandra is Cynthia’s daughter and was interested in IBMC’s medical programs. While enrolling to become a medical assistant student, Cassandra explained how her mother had been a graduate of IBMC and was even featured in one of IBMC’s former business program pamphlets. What’s more? A younger Cassandra, modeling with her mother, was also featured in the pamphlet!

After being a part of IBMC’s history, Cassandra decided to make IBMC a part of her future, and we’re thrilled that she did!
