Leaders Shape IBMC College’s Curriculum Through Advisory Board
Professionals in healthcare careers, business administration, legal practices, and massage therapy fields were named to the Advisory Board at IBMC College campuses in Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont, CO and Cheyenne, WY for the Spring 2013 Advisory Board session.
IBMC College’s staff and Career Services Department held their bi-annual meeting for current and new Advisory Board members on Friday, April 12th at the Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont, CO and Cheyenne, WY campuses, where 31 additional members will be serving on the IBMC Advisory Board campus-wide.
The Advisory Board is comprised of hundreds of leaders throughout the Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming regions. Local leaders gave input regarding IBMC College’s current curriculum and provided industry expertise in the programs related to courses offered at the college: healthcare, business administration and accounting, legal, and massage therapy – giving IBMC’s Education Department and instructors valuable insight into what employers are seeking in entry-level employees in the given career training college courses that IBMC offers.
