IBMC College Hires Pharmacy Tech Instructor in Healthcare School

Stephanie Buckley will teach adult students in the Pharmacy Technician Degree program at the Fort Collins, CO college campus.

IBMC College welcomes Certified Pharmacy Technician, Stephanie Buckley, to the position of Adjunct Instructor, where she will teach students pursuing healthcare careers at the Fort Collins College campus, 3842 South Mason Street.

Buckley joins the IBMC College faculty with a combined eight years of pharmacy technician and customer service experience. Since 2008, she has been employed by Good Day Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, Receptionist for Spradley Barr Ford and Mazda in Fort Collins from 2007-2008, and a Customer Service Specialist at Hays Market in Johnstown from 2005-2006.

The Pharmacy Technician Degree Program provides students with the applicable skills and knowledge to ensure qualification for entry-level positions as a pharmacy technician. Students learn mathematical, organizational and technical skills needed to count and measure medication, manage inventories, and complete pharmaceutical dosage forms.

This program includes an externship that will introduce learners to valuable workplace experience, and job placement assistance is provided.

IBMC College is nationally accredited by the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and School and offers Diploma and Associate of Occupational Studies Degree Programs in Medical, Massage, Legal and Business fields.
