IBMC Pharmacy Technician Degree Program to be Taught by Sellars

Train for a healthcare career as a Pharmacy Technican.
Students can earn a Pharmacy Technician Degree from IBMC College in 19 months, when following the coursework as prescribed.

The Longmont IBMC College campus has hired Molly Sellars to help prepare students for careers in the healthcare field, working as trained Pharmacy Technicians.

Students in the Pharmacy Technician program at IBMC College in Longmont will receive hands-on training from Molly Sellars, who has been hired to the position of Pharmacy Technician Adjunct Instructor.

Sellars will be responsible for preparing students for careers as a Pharmacy Technicians, teaching adult learners the skills needed to work in healthcare and pharmacy fields.  She will equip them with the skills to measure medications, manage inventories, complete pharmaceutical dosage forms, interact with patients and provide assistance to pharmacists.

She currently works as the Pharmacy Technician/Head Technician at Safeway Pharmacy in Boulder, CO.  Sellars was previously employed as a Pharmacy Technician for Register Cliff Pharmacy from 2004-2009 in Guernsey, WY.

She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology and a BS in Environment and Natural Resources from the University of Wyoming in 2011.
