Fort Collins College Hires Student Success Coordinator at IBMC

Eugenia Gutierrez Azpe, as the newest addition to the Career Services Department, will bring her experience in Human Resources Management to the students of IBMC Fort Collins College, located at 3842 South Mason Street.

Gutierrez Azpe will be assisting current IBMC students with the process of resume writing and job seeking. She will be actively providing students with the knowledge and skills needed to find employment while attending school full-time at IBMC College.

Student Success Coach
IBMC Fort Collins College’s Student Success Coordinators prepare students to enter the workforce with career coaching, resume tips and job placement assistance.

Gutierrez Azpe has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, to include coaching, mentoring and cross-functional team leadership.

She has worked in a variety of roles, such as Director of Human Resources, Organizational & Talent Development Senior Manager and Organizational Effectiveness Manager. Her vast knowledge of talent development will serve her well in her role as Student Success Coordinator of IBMC Fort Collins College.

The programs at IBMC, geared for serving as foundation for each field offered, allow students of all demographics to combine excellent critical thinking, researching, and writing skills in the classroom and during a mandatory externship.  IBMC gives technical training and practical skills to its students, preparing them for success in today’s competitive job market.

Gutierrez Azpe has an MBA in Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology.
