IBMC’s College in Cheyenne Welcomes Front Desk Specialist

Kanishia Easton joins IBMC College in Cheyenne, WY in the role of Front Desk Specialist, where she will focus on providing detail-oriented customer service to students, staff and visitors at the campus.

In her position, she will be charged with the responsibility of answering incoming phone calls, inputting leads, ordering and distributing supplies, scheduling appointments and ensuring that guests receive prompt assistance.

Easton and her experience are a great fit for IBMC College.  Her background includes working as a Guest Services Representative at the U.S. Air Force Lodging and Leasing Consultant at Greystar, where she helped to manage all  resident activity.

In addition, she has been employed as an Assistant Manager and Sales Associate at Wet Seal Annapolis Mall and worked as a Physical Therapy Intern at Arnold Physical Therapy and Sports Center.

Easton received her Bachelor of Science Degree and majored in Sports Management with a concentration in Sports Medicine from Coppin State University in 2010.  In addition, she was the recipient of the State of Maryland’s Governor’s Citation: “Outstanding Youth Award” and Rookie of the year in 2006 for the DI Women’s Volleyball Team.
