IBMC College has hired Fran Boyd as the evening Student Support Specialist at the Longmont campus, located at 2315 N Main Street.
Fran Boyd joins IBMC College from Employbridge in Gunbarrel, CO., where she was the Human Resources/Office Manager. Boyd was previously a Business Office Administrator with BamBoo Pipeline Field Services in Firestone, CO., and a Human Resources/Office Administrator for Centerplate Catering at the Colorado Convention Denver in Denver, CO.
Boyd graduated from Strayer University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Fran also has a Human Resources Certification from Mountain States Employers Council.
In this new role, Boyd will support student service activities, advise students, and assist with student retention. Fran’s past experience in management, training, and mentoring employees will help her connect with students, build trust, and drive students towards success. Her skills and knowledge will be welcomed at the Longmont campus.
