Former faculty member returns to IBMC as new math, business instructor

CHEYENNE, Wyo.IBMC College, a locally owned career-training institution, has named Tony Aparicio its new business and general education

Aparicio, a former instructor at IBMC from 2008-2011, returns to the classroom, bringing new education and experience with him.

When asked how he will motivate his future students, Aparicio replied, “My part is ensuring that they have the tools to succeed and make their learning applicable to real life.”

Aparicio brings experience from his years in the military, where he led 33 people as superintendent and worked fluidly with senior executives and military officials. He is an accomplished public speaker, as well as being proficient in the Microsoft Office suite — two useful skills that will be beneficial to his future students.

Aparicio earned his doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Walden University, where he is currently at the dissertation stage. He also holds a Master of Science degree in International Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland, University College.

During his time in the military, he successfully completed two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Contracts Management and Aircrew Operations.

Her experience will be beneficial to the students and staff at IBMC College.
