Experienced in customer service, Costello to join the Cheyenne campus’ team as new representative
Costello, who has a strong background in customer service, will be in charge of meeting with prospective students and parents on campus, giving tours, and aiding other members of IBMC’s Admissions Department. She will be joining current Admissions Representative, Angellina Ramirez, who was brought onto the team last month.
The programs at IBMC College allow students of all demographics to combine hands-on training in the classroom and real-world experience during a mandatory externship. IBMC gives technical training and practical skills to its students, preparing them for success in today’s competitive job market.
Before joining IBMC, Costello was employed as a BDC Representative for Spradley Barr Motors in Cheyenne. She also directly contributed to meeting short- and long-term sales goals as an agency producer for George Mores Farmers Insurance Agency, also based in Cheyenne. Before moving to Wyoming, she worked at Bank of America and Countrywide Home Loans in Arizona, becoming the account manager for the latter.
Costello earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Laramie County Community College in June of last year.
Her experience will be beneficial to the students and staff at IBMC College.
