IBMC College cosmetology students providing free haircuts for homeless veterans

IBMC College cosmetology students from the Greeley campus will volunteer today for Catholic Charities, located at 460 Linden Center Drive in Fort Collins.

IBMC cosmetology students will provide free hair-cutting services to at-risk veterans in the Fort Collins community. The event typically hosts between 80-100 veterans in need of complimentary hair services.

“These select students will get to touch the lives of someone in need by giving them a fresh, new haircut,” Eric Thompson, IBMC College Greeley Campus President, said.

IBMC College will also be providing information about IBMC programs and further education opportunities at the event.

IBMC College is VA-approved training institution. To learn more about how IBMC students and graduates are making a difference in our community, or for information on career training, call (970) 356-4733 or visit ibmc.edu/military.
