Fort Collins, CO — IBMC College cosmetology staff and students welcomed participants of The Center for Family Outreach to receive beauty services at the Fort Collins Student Beauty Services Clinic on Wednesday, June 21.

Ten local children and teens received services from IBMC cosmetology students ranging from haircuts to hair coloring, facials, pedicures and manicures.

The event gave IBMC students and staff the opportunity to connect with the local community and allowed students to further their skills as student cosmetologists.

The Center for Family Outreach is a not-for-profit agency that has provided services and education for Larimer County at-risk youth since 2000. It assists more than 600 kids and their families each year with skills development, drug and alcohol education, building self-esteem, anger management, as well as addressing bullying and gang involvement.
