You will then be instructed to disrobe to your comfort level and get under the sheets after the therapist steps out. You will remain covered for the duration of the massage, only exposing the area of the body being worked on. Tranquil music and dim lighting will set the ambiance for your massage, creating a perfect environment to relax, repair and rejuvenate.
How should I prepare for my massage?
You should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork. Please feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in — appropriate draping will occur during your massage.
