We understand that students may have a wide variety of ambitions when it comes to their education. That’s why we’ve collaborated and created partnerships with other educational institutions to help you achieve your academic and career goals.

Colorado Christian University

IBMC College has an Articulation Agreement with Colorado Christian University (CCU), benefiting our students should they choose to further their academic journey after graduating from IBMC with their diploma or degree. The agreement is with the College of Adult and Graduate Studies at CCU.

CCU will accept specific IBMC transfer credits, including certain General Education foundation classes. In addition, students who articulate to CCU upon graduation may also have the opportunity to apply for Prior Learning Credits.

Boulder Valley School District Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC) Cosmetology Program

IBMC College has an enrollment agreement with the Boulder Valley School District Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC) Cosmetology program.

The agreement spells out the options CTEC students will have in attending IBMC College, and establishes a partnership between the two organizations. The agreement also outlines the criteria and standards BVSD CTEC students will need to meet in order to be accepted into the Cosmetology program at IBMC College.

The partnership also establishes the IBMC Presidential High School Scholarship. This scholarship program provides Boulder Valley School District CTEC Cosmetology students with assistance toward either a cosmetology certificate or diploma at IBMC College.

*In order for CTEC students in the Boulder Valley School District to be eligible for enrollment in the Cosmetology program and associated certificate offerings at IBMC College’s Longmont Campus, and successful completion of the pre-entrance practicum examination must be done prior to admission. All High School students must have satisfied the necessary requirements to earn a High School Diploma and be at least 17 years of age or older for admission.

National American University

IBMC College has an Articulation Agreement with National American University (NAU), benefiting our students should they choose to further their academic journey after graduating from IBMC with their diploma or degree.

NAU will accept specific IBMC transfer credits, including certain General Education foundation classes.

St. Vrain Valley School District Partnership with IBMC College’s Cosmetology Program

IBMC College in Longmont has established a partnership with the St. Vrain Valley School District Career Development Center, granting each student an IBMC College Presidential Scholarship to be used in the Cosmetology Diploma or Esthetician Certificate programs, upon meeting select requirements.*

St. Vrain School District’s Career Development Center is one of eight Career and Technical Education (CTE) centers in the state of Colorado. The CDC offers programs that provide students a career pathway, giving them entry-level workplace skills and experiences, in addition to post-secondary connections.

*For CDC students in the St. Vrain Valley to be eligible for enrollment in the Cosmetology program and associated certificate offerings at IBMC College’s Longmont Campus, successful completion of the State Cosmetology License and pre-entrance practicum examination must be done prior to admission. High school students must have satisfied all necessary requirements to earn a High School Diploma and be at least 17 years of age or older, in conjunction with filling out all necessary pre-enrollment paperwork, meeting interview requirements, and passing the Wonderlic entrance evaluation exam with a minimum score requirement of a 13.
