IBMC College’s Massage Clinics at our Fort Collins and Longmont campus locations offer you a relaxing atmosphere where our student and licensed massage therapists strive to improve quality of life for our clients by helping them achieve stress reduction and pain relief as a path to a higher level of wellness.

Externs are in the final five weeks of their program. Your massage will be scheduled with a massage therapist in an externship. A supervisor is on-site.

Payment methods include cash, check or credit card. Extern therapists can only accept tips in cash or check form.

Relaxing Massage Services
IBMC Signature Massage
This massage combines the best of all worlds. It will include aromatherapy, reflexology and a combination of massage modalities to best meet your needs. This massage will spoil your senses and redefine “relax.” (Minutes: 60 or 90 only)
Gentle to firm pressure is used in long flowing strokes to help alleviate and eliminate stress and tension from the day and week. Swedish Massage is ideal for those who wish to relax. (Minutes: 30, 60, or 90)
Hot Stone Massage
During your massage, hot stones are used to carry heat and energy into your muscles. Hot stones have been used for centuries to work tired, tense and stressed muscles. American Indians referred to the stones as “stone people” and they were revered for their healing powers. (Minutes: 90 only)
Restorative Massage Services
Neuromuscular Therapy and Deep Tissue
These massages use deep pressure, follow Neuromuscular techniques and energize and activate muscles. It is ideal for addressing and repairing old and new injuries. (Minutes: 30, 60, or 90)
Trigger Point Therapy
With this technique, specific areas of problem muscles will be addressed. Gentle to deep concentrated pressure is applied in very specific areas (trigger points). As the trigger point releases, the muscles are able to relax, repair and rejuvenate. (Minutes: 30, 60, or 90)
This type of massage can be used pre-event or post-event, and the focus is on rehabilitative and restorative practices. The intent is to assist injuries in healing and to help muscles recover after a grueling event or between workout and training sessions. (Minutes: 30, 60, or 90)
