Hands-on Experience & Career Opportunities
Clinical experience is incorporated to provide an integrated approach in learning the needed skills for competency in a professional massage practice.
Therapeutic Massage students gain real-world experience by perfecting their skills in the on-site Massage Clinics, which are open to the public. Students will interact with clients to gain confidence and master massage techniques and modalities.
As a Massage Therapist, you can often set your own schedule — allowing you to manage family, other professional pursuits, or hobbies. You can also choose from a variety of work environments, including medical settings, resorts or spas, or even working from home.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the occupation of Massage Therapists is projected to grow much faster than the average of all occupations through 2026 – an employment increase of 26%.**
