IBMC Longmont Hires Regan Sample as Placement Coordinator for Career Services
Students and Externs at IBMC of Longmont Welcome Regan Sample to Build Relationships With Local Employers Looking to Hire
Regan Sample will open career opportunities for IBMC students, as he has been named Placement Coordinator in the Career Services Department at the Institute of Business & Medical Careers’ Longmont campus, located at 2315 North Main Street.
In his new position, Sample will primarily be responsible for serving as a liaison to the Longmont business community by networking and developing externship sites for IBMC students, who are trained in business, legal, medical and massage fields.
His mandatory duties will include the following: placing students in career related positions, assisting with career coaching, interview preparation, resume creation and networking. Sample will also assist the Regional Director of Career Services with administrative support.
Sample comes to IBMC with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Colorado State University. He has a strong background in leadership, customer service, training and sales. He has worked as a Regional Account Manager at Enviro Products, Grocery Manager of Natural Grocers and Regional Financial Representative of Sherwin Williams, where he successfully led company teams and developed internal and external business relationships.
As the Placement Coordinator at IBMC, he looks forward to building crucial relationships with local employers to open doors and opportunities to place students into externship sites and graduates in careers.
