Graduate returns to IBMC College as new Personal Training instructor
Honorably discharged Marine continues education while pursuing teaching career
Colorado Springs, Co. – IBMC College, a locally owned career-training institution, has named Jacob Koziol, its new personal training instructor at its Colorado Springs campus, 6805 Corporate Drive, Suite 100.
Koziol, a graduate of the personal training program at IBMC College, will continue his education in the therapeutic massage program while teaching in his new adjunct position.
He also brings experience from his current job as a personal fitness trainer at Phil Long Automotive Dealerships, where he conducts individual and group specialized workout programs, as well informing the dealerships’ employees about health and wellness.
Koziol will bring a unique experience into the classroom. During his years in the United States Marine Corps, he was able to teach thousands of servicemen and women about strength and conditioning, cardiovascular and circuit training, as well as mixed martial arts.
His combined experience will be beneficial to the students and staff at IBMC College.
The programs at IBMC College allow students of all demographics to combine hands-on training in the classroom and real-world experience during a mandatory externship. IBMC gives technical training and practical skills to its students, preparing them for success in today’s competitive job market.
Koziol graduated with honors and earned an associate’s degree in personal training from IBMC College. He is a certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise and is CPR, first-aid and AED certified by the American Heart Association.
