IBMC College’s cosmetology students team up with Grace for 2 Brothers for fundraiser

College hosts beauty event to bring awareness to suicide prevention, local non-profit

CHEYENNE, Wyo.IBMC College, a locally owned career-training institution, will team up with a community non-profit to raise funds for suicide prevention during the month of April.

Grace For 2 Brothers, a local non-profit that was founded when a mother lost her two sons to suicide, will be the benefactor when high-schoolers — looking to get their hair and makeup done for prom in April — book a Saturday appointment with one of IBMC College’s cosmetology students at the campus’ Student Beauty Services Clinic.

All proceeds from those appointments will go toward the non-profit’s mission of providing “resource information and assistance to those who know someone in crisis, or to those who are in crisis; and (providing) support to survivors — those who have lost a loved one to suicide.”

Contact IBMC College Cheyenne campus’ front desk by calling (307) 433-8363 to book your appointment and to help support Grace For 2 Brothers.
