Career Training College Announces 2013-2014 Leadership Academy and Emerging Leader Selections
Select staff members have been chosen to participate in this year’s Leadership Academy at IBMC College, where they will learn the skills needed to become effective leaders as the Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont and Cheyenne campuses.
IBMC College, a premier provider of accelerated, career training in Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming, congratulates the 2013-2014 Leadership Academy and Emerging Leader participants.
The Leadership Academy is a highly-discerning, year-long program for staff in leadership positions at IBMC. Its purpose was to train the existing and emerging leaders to enhance individual leadership skills.

The Academy will be led by Steve Steele, CEO of IBMC College, Mitch Thomas, COO of IBMC College and Dr. M Sanders, who holds both MBA and Doctorate degrees and trained in quality improvement and performance excellence by the Hogan Center for Performance Excellence in Dallas, TX.
