Ann Cross, Regional Director of IBMC’s Career Services Department, Selected to Present at National APSCU Convention
The Institute of Business & Medical Careers is proud to recognize Ann Cross, Regional Director of Career Services, who has been selected to present at the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities Annual Convention and Exposition.
APSCU is the premier source of crucial information and public policy recommendations that promote access to career education and workforce development. This year’s event will be taking place at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 20-22, 2012. Former United States President, George W. Bush, will be the featured Guest Speaker.
Cross was chosen by the National APSCU Committee to present “They’re Hired! Proven Placement Programs and Practical Tools to Increase Graduate Employment” for the Career Services track of the session.
She will be a joint presenter with Martha Lanaghen, a well-known speaker and expert in student experience, retention and student placement. Lanaghen is employed by Gray Associates, located in Boulder, Colorado.
The APSCU Convention & Exposition is a rich learning experience, bringing together 60 topical concurrent sessions in ten educational tracks on the subjects driving career education today with “big picture” plenary meetings and leading speakers and consisting of more than 1,500 CEOs, presidents, deans, executives and emerging leaders in the higher education.
