Dental Assisting Instructor Hired at IBMC College in Fort Collins
IBMC College in Fort Collins, CO has hired Lauri Posey as an Instructor for the Dental Assisting degree program.
Lauri Posey will join IBMC College from the Russ Posey Dental Office here in Fort Collins. Lauri has been with the office since 1988, working as both a Dental Assistant, and the Front Desk/Office Manager.
Posey received a Certificate in Dental Assisting from Simi Valley Adult School and Career Institute in Simi Valley, California. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Education from Biola University in LaMirada, California.
With over thirty years of professional working experience, Lauri Posey’s industry knowledge will be a great resource for the students in the Dental Assisting program at the Fort Collins campus.
The Dental program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge that will qualify them for entry-level positions as Dental Assistants. Dental Assistants are trained in both administrative and clinical procedures. The program offers training in dental assisting techniques, dental sciences, dental materials, dental radiography, specialty practices and office management.
