Fort Collins IBMC Career College Goes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
The Institute of Business & Medical Careers Encourages Students and Staff to Make a Difference During National Breast Cancer Awareness Month
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the Institute of Business & Medical Careers in Fort Collins, CO, located at 3842 South Mason Street, is helping in the fight by asking employees, faculty and students battle this disease to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.
See below for ways you can help at the Fort Collins Campus.
- In Memory/In Honor “Ribbons” – are available for purchase for $1.00 at the Education Desk.
- Jeans Days – To wear jeans on these dates students and staff, will need to purchase a sticker at the Education Desk. Each sticker is $1.00/day for the following: on October 3, October 10, October 17 and October 24.
- Pink Poster Contest – students, create a PINK poster and return by October 8 to be displayed in the Student Lounge. Honor a loved one, create awareness—be creative! All entrants will be placed into a drawing for a fabulous PINK basket and other prizes to be given away at the end of the month!
- Proud to Wear Pink Day – Wear you best pink gear on October 25. Students and staff, can enter to win great prizes. Just stop by the Education Desk for more information.
