Thunderpup Construction Begins Remodel at IBMC College Fort Collins

Construction on the new Dental Assisting Lab, clinic and dental classrooms will begin on July 25th at IBMC Fort Collins College.

IBMC College in Fort Collins, CO has partnered with locally based Thunderpup Construction to complete a 2,500 remodel at the 3842 South Mason Street location – where the former Executive Wing will be transformed to a Dental Assisting Lab, clinic and associated classrooms by September 1, 2013.

IBMC College has added a Dental Assisting Diploma program, where students can train for a dental assisting career in only 15 months!

IBMC College received approval from the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) on June 11th this year to begin enrolling students in the Dental Assisting Diploma program for the August 26th Class Start. This program is the newest addition to the School of Allied Healthcare Careers at IBMC.

The remodel will consist of adding a state-of-the-art Dental Assisting Lab and radiography area, a three dental chair operatory, classrooms, and a professional clinic that utilizes award-winning Dentrix Software.

At IBMC College, you can train to work alongside dentists in the Dental Assisting program.

Students can train for a dental assisting career in 15 months at IBMC College in Fort Collins. Upon successful completion of the Dental Assisting program learners will be certified in CPR, First Aid (Adult, Child & Infant), Automated External Defibrillation tactics (AED), licensed in Bloodborne Pathogen Training, and qualified to sit for the RDA Exam.

Externship experience and job placement assistance is provided.
