IBMC’s Leadership Academy Honors Two Recent Graduates
The Institute of Business and Medical Careers congratulates Maureen Seville, Regional Director of Marketing, and Ed Wulf, IBMC Longmont Instructor, on their completion of the IBMC Leadership Academy program. Their accomplishments were recognized during a private ceremony on Monday, August 13th, 2012. In attendance were Rich Laub, CEO; Colleen Laub, COO; Steve Steele, President; and M Sanders, VP of Leadership and Management Development.
IBMC’s Leadership Academy is a 13–month process for existing and emerging leaders within the company. During the 13 months, Academy members receive training in leadership and participate in presentations given by each department, as well as campus leaders, to better understand the components that comprise IBMC as an institution of higher learning.
In order to graduate and receive their plaque, members must complete all 13 sessions. Several members of the first Academy class (LAI) have already received their graduation plaques. The remaining few are scheduled to complete their training and receive their plaques within the next month.
Again, congratulations Maureen Seville and Ed Wulf! We commend you on your commitment to being effective and inspiring leaders.
