New IBMC Student Success Coach Looks Forward to Improving Lives
IBMC College in Cheyenne, WY welcomes Lacy Wendel to the position of Student Success Coach in the Education Department.
Wendel will be responsible for academic advising and partnering with students to achieve their individual academic goals. She will be in charge of providing support and offering resources to help students that may be experiencing difficulties with childcare while in school, medical issues, housing obstacles and personal hurdles.

She has experience with counseling students. As a Student Mentor at Diversity, Advocacy and Health at Colorado Mesa University, Wendel established a six step program for academic success and facilitated a grief group and tutoring sessions for students at East Middle School in 2014.
She is a 2014 graduate of Colorado Mesa University and a member of the International Psychology Honor Society, PSI-CHI.
