Ft. Collins & Greeley IBMC Campuses Welcome Beddoe, Gesick to Career Services Department
Trained, Ready-to-Work Students Will be Connected to Local Employers
The Institute of Business and Medical Careers welcomes Mechelle Beddoe and Dondi Gesick to the IBMC Career Services team – where they will be working as Externship Coordinators at the Fort Collins and Greeley campuses, respectively.
Beddoe and Gesick will primarily serve as liaisons to the Northern Colorado business community through networking. They will develop externship sites for trained IBMC students and foster relationships with local employers. Their duties will include the following: assisting students with career coaching, teaching interviewing skills and assisting with resume preparation.
Mechelle Beddoe, Externship Coordinator at IBMC of Fort Collins
Beddoe will be serving students at the Fort Collins IBMC campus, located at 3842 S. Mason Street. Since August of 2011, Beddoe had been employed at the IBMC Greeley campus as an Externship Coordinator. She looks forward to continuing her work throughout the Fort Collins community and to the students at this main campus.
She has fifteen years of management experience working at Weston Enterprise Group in Fort Collins, Kroll Factual Data in Loveland, SMS, Inc. in California and HID Corporation in California.
Dondi Gesick, Externship Coordinator at IBMC of Greeley
Gesick has worked at IBMC since August of 2011 at the Fort Collins campus in this role. She now is in charge of assisting students at the Greeley branch IBMC campus, 5400 W. 11th Street, Ste. D. As the owner and founder of Bull’s Eye Direct Marketing in Fort Collins, she built brand awareness and developed marketing strategies for clients since 2003.
She has an additional four years of marketing managerial experience through her employment at Cedar Supply in Fort Collins and Doug Kershaw’s Bayou House, previously located in Lucerne.

Student externs are available at no cost to employers. Students are trained in a wide variety of modalities in the School of Business, School of Paralegal Studies, School of Massage & Healing Arts and School of Allied Health Careers.
