Chuck Welch promoted to Faculty Manager at IBMC College Fort Collins campus
IBMC College congratulates Chuck Welch on his promotion to the position of Faculty Manager, where he will manage faculty and serve students at the Fort Collins campus.
In Welch’s new role, he will provide management support to the Campus President, Pat Schlotter, and play a key role in faculty development, as well as working closely with the instructors and providing support services for the students who attend the Fort Collins campus.
He is also responsible for the direct supervision of all full-time, part-time and adjunct instructors at IBMC’s Fort Collins campus, ensuring faculty needs are met and helping make the day-to-day operations at the campus run smoothly and efficiently.
Since October 2015, Welch has been employed as a Student Success Coach at the IBMC Greeley campus. In that role, he was a resource for students seeking help, advice, and encouragement in their academic pursuit. Previously, he worked as a Graduation Interventionist for the Greeley-Evans School District 6 in Weld County.
Welch is an experienced advisor and mentor; his ability to relate to students and faculty has been proven in his previous employment. Welch will continue to be a valued member to the faculty and staff as he transitions into his new role at the Fort Collins campus.
IBMC College is honored to have such a dedicated individual to help lead its Fort Collins campus and encourage our students and faculty to perform at their best every day. We congratulate Chuck on his promotion!
