IBMC College Greeley appoints new general education adjunct instructor
IBMC College welcomes Dee Ann Hoskins to the position of General Education Adjunct Instructor, where she will be teaching core classes to students who are enrolled in accelerated career-training programs at IBMC’s Greeley campus, located at 2863 35th Avenue.
Hoskins brings over 13 years of experience in the education sector to IBMC College. She started in 2003 as a special education teacher for Adams 12 Five Star Schools in Thorton. Since then she has held that position for numerous schools and school districts including, Flagstaff Academy in Longmont, Thompson R2J School District in Loveland, and most recently, St. Vrain Valley School District in Longmont.
Hoskins will help students apply critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving strategies in the classroom and through their externship. Every opportunity in the classroom is used to solidify math skills, professionalism, communication and ethical industry practices for real-life workplace situations, providing students with a strong business background for a multitude of successful career opportunities.
She obtained her master’s degree in Special Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she graduated with distinction in 1995.
