IBMC in Fort Collins welcomes Schlotter to role of Campus President
Pat Schlotter joins the staff at IBMC, where she brings over 30 years of experience in the education realm
IBMC College in Fort Collins has hired Pat Schlotter to the position of Campus President, where she will lead staff members and continue to ensure students receive life-changing career training in a successful environment.
In her new position, she will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the campus, located at 3842 S. Mason St., and acting as a leader to the staff and faculty. She is charged with the mission of ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory guidelines, delivering sound financial guidance and providing support to each college department, among a host of other duties.
In the last 30 years, Schlotter has worked for Corinthian Colleges, Inc., as a campus president, a program manager and as the regional vice president, among other leadership positions. She started her education career as a director of admissions at Phillips Colleges, Inc., where she was responsible for “budgeting, developing and managing the sales division to achieve corporate objectives.”
She holds a Masters of Art degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in Aurora and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Guidance from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, which has since rebranded to Colorado Mesa University.
