Lisa Wilson:

Wilson, who has recently started her position as the new Student Success Coach at the campus, comes from a background as a professional life coach. She gained experience from her jobs as a business development manager at Spradley Barr Motors, as well as being involved in CASA of Larimer County as an advocate for children involved in the program.

Wilson will be in charge of giving students the support they need through recognizing their accomplishments and assisting them with any roadblocks they may face on their way to graduation. The Student Services team provides students with the information and resources they need to make their experience at IBMC College as rewarding as possible.

Olsen has previous experience in student recruitment, working most recently as a new student coordinator for Tulsa Welding School in Tulsa, Okla., where he was responsible for helping students obtain their goal of graduating from college. Also in recent years, he headed the Spartan College of Aeronautics as their Regional Operations Manager, where he hired and trained all incoming college recruiters.

As an IBMC College Admissions Representative, Olsen will be in charge of meeting with prospective students and parents on the Cheyenne campus, giving tours, as well as being a support system to students at the campus.

Kelli McFadden:

McFadden was recently hired to head the Career Services Department at the Cheyenne campus as its new Career Services Coordinator. In her new role, McFadden will provide students and graduates with a variety of resources that will assist them in today’s competitive job market. They will learn résumé-writing tips, interviewing skills and follow-up techniques, how to network effectively and more.

McFadden, who has worked for companies, school districts and medical clinics across the Cheyenne area for more than a decade, will utilize her excellent interpersonal and strong networking skills to build connections with hiring managers and employers in the greater Cheyenne area. In doing so, she will be able to match highly qualified IBMC College students and graduates with local businesses for externships and career placements.

After working as a Medical Assistant at Cheyenne Oncology & Hematology Associates at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for seven years, McFadden moved to become the Community Relations Director at Pointe Frontier Retirement, where she headed the team’s customer service efforts and developed multiple client relationships.

These four additions to the IBMC College Cheyenne campus staff will be beneficial to both the students and the campus as a whole.
