IBMC College Colorado Springs campus hosts 90th Graduation Ceremony Friday
IBMC College will honor 39 students from its Colorado Springs campus during its 90th Graduation Ceremony at the Red Rock Church, located at 6805 Corporate Drive, Suite 140, in Colorado Springs, starting at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28.
The graduates walking in Friday’s ceremony have completed a certificate, diploma, or degree in one of the following career-training program areas: Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, Medical Billing & Coding, Medical Laboratory Technician, Esthetician, Therapeutic Massage or Personal Training.
During the graduation ceremony, 10 of the graduates will be honored and inducted into the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society. Gaining membership to this prestigious society demonstrates a student’s commitment to institutional quality and educational performance. ABK student membership is based on the following criteria: leadership and service in class and school activities, personal integrity, good moral character, and a 3.75 cumulative GPA – upon completing 40 credit hours in Certificate, Diploma or Degree programs.
Of the 39 graduates, one graduate will be awarded the Full Program Perfect Attendance honor, 12 graduates will be awarded the Full Program Academic Achievement (4.0) honor, and 12 graduates will be recognized during the ceremony for their work as Peer Mentors.
