The Greeley campus of IBMC College recently hired Vickie Hinchley for the role of Front Desk Specialist. In this position, Hinchley receives and welcomes guests and provides administrative support to faculty and staff.
Hinchley has an extensive customer service and clerical background. She has worked in the education, hotel, medical and retail industries. Through her past experience, she has developed skills in client services, record keeping, data entry, computer technology and phone etiquette.
Since 2001, Hinchley has worked in a variety of positions, including Front Desk Receptionist for Days Inn, Customer Service Representative for Sunrise Health Center, Massage Therapy Instructor for Academy of Natural Therapy and Administrator for Xerox.
In 2012, she earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the Academy of Natural Therapy.
In her position with IBMC College, some of her tasks include answering phone calls, entering leads into the system, scheduling appointments for the massage clinic and providing quality customer care to students and campus guests.
