New Student Services Coordinators start in Colorado Springs and Fort Collins/Longmont

Caitlin Caviness and Erica Kennebeck join IBMC’s Student Services team as its newest support personnel

IBMC College would like to give a warm welcome to our two new Student Services Coordinators, Erica Kennebeck in Fort Collins and Longmont and Caitlin Caviness in Colorado Springs.

Kennebeck comes from a background in customer service and the medical field, earning a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders & Sciences from Utah State University in 2014. She gained experience from her jobs as a faculty support specialist at the Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts in California, a physical therapy aide at GetWELL Physical Therapy and most recently, as an office assistant at Dream Horse Classifieds.

Caviness has previous experience in education, working as a substitute teacher for Widefield School District 3 in Security, Colo. She also has experience in customer service from working as a restaurant hostess at the Broadmoor Hotel. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2014.

Kennebeck and Caviness will be in charge of giving students the support they need through recognizing their accomplishments and assisting them with any roadblocks students may face on their way to graduation. The Student Services team provides students with the information and resources they need to make their experience at IBMC College as rewarding as possible.

Both will be valuable members of the team and to the IBMC College staff as a whole.

The programs at IBMC College allow students of all demographics to combine hands-on training in the classroom and real-world experience during a mandatory externship. IBMC gives technical training and practical skills to its students, preparing them for success in today’s competitive job market.
