As an instructor, Ritter has an extensive IT background. He has held several positions with IBM as an Account Manager, a Lotus Notes Administrator, and a Help Desk I and Help Desk II Specialist. Ritter is currently working as a Product Support Specialist with Magpul in Erie, Colorado.
Robert has a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. With over 14 years of experience and expertise in IT support, account management, software, and leadership, his abilities and experience will be an asset to IBMC College.
