Academy membership required participants to complete homework assignments, partake in hands-on exercises that necessitated team cooperation, present impromptu speeches, complete a mid-term exam, write a final paper, and make a closing oral presentation.

The Academy was led by Steve Steele, IBMC’s President and Dr. M Sanders, Director of Corporate Training. Dr. M Sanders holds both MBA and Doctorate degrees and was trained in quality improvement and performance excellence by the Hogan Center for Performance Excellence in Dallas, TX.
